Iran, Oman foreign ministers discuss Yemen developments

Tehran: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Omani counterpart, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, have held a phone conversation to review the latest regional developments, including the situation in Yemen.
During the telephone call early on Wednesday, the two top diplomats exchanged views on the latest regional developments and avenues to achieve peace and stability in the region.
The conversation was part of Iran’s ongoing regional diplomatic consultations aimed at facilitating de-escalation in the region.
Over the past two days, Araghchi has held separate phone calls with his Egyptian, Turkish, Iraqi and Saudi counterparts to discuss developments in Yemen.
