Greeting countrymen and all teachers on the occasion of Teachers’ Day on Saturday, Samajwadi Party (SP) National President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav claimed his party organized a “Pathshala Pukare” program near all the 26,000 primary schools closed by the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh to mark the occasion.
Akhilesh Yadav said that the main message of the program is: “If the closed school opens, the PDA will study.”
He stated that prioritizing education is the core of this campaign. Through education, social and political consciousness and awareness will be created among the exploited, deprived, poor, and oppressed sections of society. He contended that this consciousness would challenge the dominance of the powerful, end discrimination, and strengthen the spirit of equality and equity in society. It will help establish a system based on social justice and create a harmonious environment.
The SP president further said that the Samajwadi Party’s pledge of a “brotherly nation” can also be realized through education.
According to the party, a large number of Samajwadi Party leaders, workers, and supporters participated in the programs organized at various places in the state.
