New York: US President Donald Trump has announced a major military attack against Iran.
In a post on his social media network Truth Social, Trump claimed that the US military is conducting an ongoing and major assault against Iran in order to prevent what he called threat against the US national security interests.
He said the onslaught is aimed at destroying Iran’s missiles and its missile industry.
The US president also claimed that Iran has been rebuilding its nuclear facilities since the US targeted them last June.
The remarks after reports of explosions in the capital Tehran and several cities across the country. Earlier, the Israeli regime announced that it had launched an aggression against Iran.
