With the onset of cold weather and rainfall in Gaza, Palestinian refugee tents have once again been submerged in water and mud.
The report states that due to the absence of proper shelters in gaza, Palestinians rely solely on simple tents set up across various areas, leaving them with no refuge from rain and cold.
Mahmoud Basil, spokesperson for the Urban Defense Organization in Gaza, said that although rainfall lasted only one hour, it caused thousands of tents to become soaked and stuck in mud.
He added that conditions are expected to deteriorate further as winter approaches.
The report also mentions that rainfall led to a power outage at Kuwait Specialized Hospital in Khan Younis.
