White Helmets are planning to conduct fake chemical attacks in the Syrian province of Idlib.
Russia's second television channel on Tuesday broadcast a film featuring the White Helmets (a so-called human rights group to help the war-hit people of Syria) to conduct fake chemical attacks in Idlib.
In the film, which is said to be obtained by the Syrian hackers, the head of White Helmets group described the role of those involved in chemical scamming.
The report was released while presidents of Russia and Turkey agreed yesterday that they would not carry out a military operation to crack down on terrorists and create a civilian area in the area.
Russia from three weeks ago has emphasized the need for a comprehensive attack to eradicate the terrorists in Idlib, warning that terrorist groups are plotting a chemical attack in Idlib.
The Compromise Center attributed to Russian Defense Ministry reported earlier that preparations are under way for the provocative and planned terrorist acts in the province of Idlib.
Russia believes that the terrorists are pushing for a chemical attack in the run-up to the end of their last trenches in Syria, and the United States and Britain will support the terrorists in order to do so.
The United States rejects this and says in response that the Syrian government is planning for chemical attack in order to overthrow its opponents (terrorists) in Idlib.
