Leader of the opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejaswi Prasad Yadav today said the ongoing Lok Sabha election is most important one for Indian democracy as fundamental rights and basic tenets of democracy were being challenged under present regime, which calls for people to vote for a good alternative to save the system.
Mr Yadav tweeted that ongoing Lok Sabha election was most important for Indian democracy and fundamental rights of the citizens were under threat during the regime of present dispensation. Those at helm of affairs were suffering from narrowness in views and divisive forces, which is being projected as better option before the people, he added.
“Time has come for the people to rise to the occasion and vote for a responsible government to save democracy in the country”, Mr Yadav suggested the electorate and exhorted them to fight for protecting their fundamental rights.
